General Questions
To book a hotel, enter your destination, travel dates, and number of guests in the search bar. Browse the available properties and use filters such as price, rating, and amenities to narrow your options. Once you find a suitable hotel, select your room type, review the cancellation policy and pricing details, and click
Yes, you can modify your booking from the 'My Bookings' section. Changes are subject to availability and the hotel's modification policy. Some rate types may not allow modifications.
Go to 'My Bookings' from your profile menu. You'll find all upcoming and past bookings listed there with full details including booking ID, dates, room type, and payment summary.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. EMI options are also available on select cards.
Payments can be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank security blocks, or network issues. Please verify your card details and try again, or contact your bank for more information.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation. The amount is credited back to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers and all transactions are processed through certified payment gateways.
Cancellation charges depend on the hotel's policy and how far in advance you cancel. Free cancellation is available on most bookings if cancelled before the deadline shown on your booking confirmation.
You can find the hotel's contact details in your booking confirmation email or under 'View Details' in My Bookings. Alternatively, use the in-app chat to connect with the hotel.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
